As a Summer Associate for Aetna's Marketing, Product and Communications Department I independently created 5 full competitive fact books. Each book contains detailed information on the view of each competitor based on research and public information. Below you can see one example of the fact book created for UnitedHealth Group. All fact books are currently utilized on Aetna's Business Intelligence website.
In addition, I was the lead of a cross-functional final project to develop a retail strategy for Aetna Insurance. Presenting in front of senior management, we introduced a convenient, accessible, and personal way to sell insurance in a retail environment. We created a potential application for tablets and mobile phones as well as a web browser platform all with a cohesive design. We also created a strategy and design for a physical retail space, excelling to the finalist round. I received the Summer Scholar Award for my efforts and leadership.
